Ovarian cysts are a frequent finding in women of reproductive age. Most of them take care of by themselves and do not need surgical treatment. Cysts which might be massive or persistent, lasting greater than a number of months may require surgery. Most ovarian cysts are non-cancerous and may be the results of endometriosis or other benign processes
